Abstract: A user multi-material cutting system, comprising a front protective plate 101 provides protective shielding for the fingers, a rear finger support plate 102 supports finger placement, a plurality of iris holes 104 with a rubber gasket 105 enables adaptive gripping and secure finger positioning, a body 106 accommodates a handle 107 for user operation and a motorized cutter 108 for controlled cutting, an IR proximity sensor measures the distance between the cutter 108 and the protective region, a continuous wave laser module 202 projects a straight cutting reference line for accurate guidance, a push button 203 activates the laser module 202, a monitoring unit estimates hand tremor characteristics, a sensing unit monitors gripping force and finger placement, a LED strip 201 provides visual warning, an inductive sensor identifies material type, a vibrating unit 110 detects abnormal vibration, and a computing unit displays predictive maintenance alerts.
