Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a user equipment, UE, comprising the following. A circuitry of the UE, which in operation, determines a measurement gap, MG, of a configured MG pattern with a plurality of measurement time gaps, the MG being usable by the UE for performing measurements within the MG. Further, the circuitry determines a radio resource to be used by the UE for communication of data with a base station and the circuitry drops the MG overlapping the radio resource in time domain. Further, UE comprises a transceiver, which in operation, communicates data with the base station using the radio resource.
