Abstract: A system for implementing multi-layered USB device security through integrated protection modules (100) is disclosed. The system comprises a USB activity tracking module monitoring connected devices in real-time, a machine learning-based device filtering module utilizing Support Vector Machine algorithms for device classification, an anomaly detection module for identifying suspicious activities, a dual-layer encryption module, a decentralized verification module distributing authentication across multiple nodes, and a data storage unit maintaining comprehensive security records. The system eliminates single points of failure through distributed authentication while maintaining detailed verification logs. Hardware-based boot security and real-time alerts provide additional protection layers. This comprehensive framework significantly enhances protection against unauthorized access, malware, and data breaches through sophisticated device recognition and monitoring capabilities. FIG. 1
