MUMBAI, India, Nov. 2 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202617098495 A) filed by Guangdong Oppo Mobile Telecommunications Corp. on August 14, 2026, for Uplink Transmission Method And Apparatus, Device And Storage Medium.
Inventor includes Zhao, Nande.
The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.
Abstract: An uplink transmission method and apparatus, a device and a storage medium, relating to the technical field of communications. The method comprises: a terminal device adjusts a PUSCH transmission in a first OCC group; and the terminal device determines one or more OCC groups on the basis of resources occupied by the PUSCH transmission and/or the OCC length, and sends in the one or more OCC groups PUSCHs using OCCs, the first OCC group being at least one OCC group amongst the one or more OCC groups (410). Provided in the embodiments of the present application is an OCC-group-based PUSCH transmission adjusting solution in which a terminal device adjusts a PUSCH transmission in an OCC group that satisfies a condition, specifying specific behaviors of terminal devices in the case where PUSCHs using OCCs collide with other channels, thus avoiding signal interference caused by collisions, and improving communication reliability.
