An apparatus for a terminal device may be configured to receive a configuration of uplink signal cancellation, receive downlink control information including an indication to cancel uplink signal transmission, determine one or more uplink signal transmissions to be canceled in one or more sub-band full duplex slots based on the configuration and the indication, cancel the determined one or more uplink signal transmissions in the one or more sub-band full duplex slots, and receive one or more downlink signal transmissions in the one or more sub-band full duplex slots in which the one or more uplink signal transmissions are canceled.
