The manufacturing process involves dissolving fabric in a controlled NaOH solution, followed by neutralization, filtration, and mixing with traditional chalk components such as calcium carbonate or gypsum. Natural binders and pigments may be added to enhance cohesion and customization. The resulting mixture is molded, dried, and processed into a durable, non-toxic, and eco-friendly chalk suitable for educational, artistic, and industrial applications. This innovative approach promotes waste reduction, sustainability, and circular economy principles, providing an environmentally responsible alternative to conventional chalk.
