The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a universal signal transducer system (100) for characterization and conditioning of an industrial electrical input signal. A concurrent multi-path sensing circuit (106) comprises high-impedance and low-impedance sensing channels (106-A, 106-B) that remain concurrently electrically coupled during characterization and impose different electrical loading conditions upon the input. Respective sensing responses are used to derive a source-electrical signature comprising impedance-related and signal-magnitude characteristics. A signal category and confidence value are determined, and an adaptive measurement topology controller (112) establishes a corresponding physical measurement topology when the confidence value satisfies a threshold. An internal precision reference source (120-A) is routed through the established measurement path to determine topology-specific calibration information. During continued operation, a change in the source- electrical signature causes recharacterization and reclassification before a replacement topology is established. An isolated output module (126) generates a conditioned output from the calibrated measurement.
