Abstract: Uniting LED and Laser for Amplified Healing Power ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a dual-wavelength photobiomodulation device (100) comprising a laser module (104) configured to emit coherent laser radiation at approximately 980 nm, a light-emitting diode (LED) module (106) configured to emit non-coherent light at approximately 660 nm, a beam management assembly (108), a programmable control unit (120), a power modulation unit (122), a tissue response monitoring module (126), and a handheld therapeutic delivery probe (116). The programmable control unit synchronizes or independently controls the laser and LED modules to provide simultaneous superficial and deep tissue photobiomodulation. The device enhances tissue regeneration, collagen synthesis, angiogenesis, pain relief, inflammation control, and wound healing through controlled dual-wavelength energy delivery with real-time monitoring and automated power regulation. The invention provides improved therapeutic efficiency, reduced treatment time, enhanced clinical safety, and broad applicability in dentistry, oral surgery, implantology, dermatology, orthopedics, physiotherapy, and regenerative medicine.
