As the underpants-shaped absorbent article (1) in an unfolded and stretched state is viewed along the longitudinal direction, the length (L2) from the center position to the rear end of the absorbent body is greater than the length (L1) from the center position to the front end of the absorbent body, the length (SH2) from the center position to the rear end of each crotch elastic member is greater than the length (SH1) from the center position to the front end of each crotch elastic member, the length (HMA2) of a rear joint part of the body is greater than the length (HMA1) of a front joint part of the body, and the length (GA2) from the center position to the front end of an extension part is smaller than the length (GA1) from the center position to the rear end of the front waist portion.
