MUMBAI, India, June 30 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202534126060 A) filed by Wan-Yu Fu; and Hsing-Lien Wang on December 12, 2025, for Ultrapure Water Single-Phase Immersion Cooling Tank.
Inventors include Wan-Yu Fu; and Hsing-Lien Wang.
The application for the patent was published on June 26, 2026, under issue no. 26/2026.
Abstract: An ultrapure water single-phase immersion cooling tank includes a container (10), a liquid sensing element (11), a liquid control valve (12), an oxygen content detector (14), an exhaust valve (15), a nitrogen gas filling valve (16), an electronic pressure gauge (17), an electronic gas pressure detector (18), and a pressure analysis module (19). The container accommodates a non-conductive liquid (2) for immersing an electronic device (3). The liquid control valve conveys or discharges the non- conductive liquid. The oxygen content detector detects oxygen content in the space not immersed in the non-conductive liquid. The exhaust valve exhausts a gas mixture of oxygen and nitrogen in the space. The nitrogen gas filling valve conveys nitrogen gas into the space. The electronic pressure gauge, the electronic gas pressure detector, and the pressure analysis module obtain a precise pressure value to activate the nitrogen gas filling valve. (FIG. 1)
