The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.

Abstract: Provided herein is a composition of an ultra-low-density oil-based completion fluid. The composition comprises mineral oil, hollow glass spheres, an organophilic clay and a wetting agent. The ultra-low density completion fluid comprises mineral oil in a range from 75%-80 %w/w, hollow glass spheres in a range from 20-25 %w/w, an organophilic clay in an amount of 3 %w/w, and a wetting agent in a range of 0.5–1 %w/w, wherein the ratio of mineral oil: hollow glass spheres : organophilic clay : wetting agent is 72.46:24.16:2.90:0.48. In another embodiment of the present invention, the ratio of mineral oil: hollow glass spheres: organophilic clay: wetting agent is 77.30:19.32:2.90:0.48. The completion fluid composition has an ultra-low density, thereby minimizing formation damage in depleted reservoirs.
