Abstract: Abstract The present invention relates to an integrated Soil Food Web–based Microbial Fertilizer Production and Dispensing System designed for sustainable agriculture. The system comprises a structured arrangement of multiple storage tanks (1000 L, 2000 L, and 200 L capacity), aerobic and non-aerobic slurry preparation units, a sterilization unit, and microbial culture chambers installed within a modular shed of 24 × 40 ft dimension. Each tank is connected through a controlled pipeline network with valves and a central panel board system for regulation, sterilization, and distribution of microbial fertilizers. The invention enables the large-scale production, multiplication, and controlled release of liquid bio-fertilizers enriched with essential microbial consortia (e.g., nitrogen fixers, phosphorus solubilizers, potassium mobilizers, calcium, and boron enhancers). Unlike conventional organic fertilizer units, the system integrates aerobic and anaerobic fermentation cycles, automated monitoring, and sterilization before inoculation, ensuring purity, stability, and higher microbial efficacy. The modular design allows scalability and adaptability to diverse crops and soils. This invention enhances soil fertility, improves nutrient bioavailability, restores microbial diversity, and ensures eco-friendly, chemical-free farming practices.
