Such measures may, for example, comprise that a network function, element or entity, such as e.g. a P-CSCF, requests, for a call between a first user equipment and a second user equipment via a satellite communication, insertion of a local breakout point for the call relating to a satellite providing connectivity for the first user equipment and report of addressing information for the local breakout point, obtains the addressing information for the local breakout point, and provides the addressing information for the local breakout point towards a network entity of a network serving the second user equipment.
