Abstract: TWYVERA is a computer-implemented system for constructing a time-specific, multi-dimensional student state, simulating intervention options before implementation, and updating the state from observed outcomes. Student records from plural sources are aligned by student, event, and source, and a temporal eligibility layer admits only evidence available at a selected reference time, so later information is not used to describe an earlier state. Eligible evidence is transformed into features and processed to infer state dimensions including academic performance, knowledge, attendance, behaviour, engagement, productivity, study activity, digital activity, and intervention response. When a condition is detected, multiple candidate interventions are simulated from the same starting state; the simulated future states are compared with targets and implementation constraints, and the selected plan is converted into an implementation plan for teacher review and execution. Expected and actual outcomes are compared, the prediction gap recorded, and the new evidence and observed response construct the next state, forming a closed cycle. The system keeps three distinct representations, the reference-time state, the simulated future states, and the later observed state, separate.
