The application for the patent was published on July 03, 2026, under issue no. 27/2026.

Abstract: The titled invention discloses a two-tier bicycle stand for vertically parking two bicycles, 5 one above the other, comprising a floor- mounted base stand (1) supporting a horizontal slider carriage (2) with a lower bicycle parking slot (3), and a vertical sliding column (6) attached perpendicularly to the base stand (1). The vertical sliding column (6) houses a lead screw (7) connected to a rotary gear box (8) and a rotary handle (9). A suspended upper parking slot (10) is attached to a cross arm support plate (11) that I 0 engages with a nut on the lead screw (7). The invention is the combination of the horizontal slider carriage (2) enabling sideways movement of the lower bicycle for accessing the upper bicycle, and the lead screw (7) driven by the rotary handle (9) via the rotary gear box (8) enabling controlled vertical movement of the suspended upper parking slot (10). Wheel locking holders (4) and spring-loaded wheel locking clamps 15 (5) secure both bicycles in place. A wheeled base support (12) reduces friction during sliding and allows relocation of the stand. The stand operates manually without electricity, reduces parking space by nearly 50%, and provides safe, wobble-free vertical lifting and lowering.
