Abstract: ABSTRACT TWO PIECE (SPLIT) SWINGARM FOR AN ELECTRIC TWO-WHEELER The present invention provides a two-piece split swingarm assembly. The two-piece split swingarm assembly (100) for a two-wheeled vehicle comprises a first swingarm component (101) and a second swingarm component (113), configured to be fastened together to form a single swingarm structure. Further, each of the first (101) and second (113) swingarm components is a unitary casting and comprises a first elongated arm (102) having an anterior section (108) and a posterior section (109), a second elongated arm (103) extending toward the posterior section (109) of the first elongated arm (102) and terminating at a posterior convergence region (105), one or more rounded slots (106) provided on at least one of the first elongated arm (102) and the second elongated arm (103), wherein the rounded slots (106) are configured to receive fasteners (107) for coupling the first swingarm component (101) to the second swingarm component (113), a bearing element (110) positioned at the anterior section (108) for pivotally connecting the swing arm assembly to a vehicle frame and an elongated opening (111) defined within the posterior section (109), wherein the elongated opening (111) is configured to receive a wheel axle.
