Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a twist-activated dual-compartment mixing bottle designed for ondemand mixing of consumable substances. The device comprises an upper storage chamber configured to contain a secondary substance such as powder, granules, or tablets, and a lower chamber containing a primary liquid. The two chambers are connected through a mechanically operable interface incorporating a sealing element that prevents premature mixing. Upon rotational activation of the upper chamber relative to the lower chamber, the sealing element is ruptured or displaced, allowing the secondary substance to be released into the liquid for mixing. The invention provides a convenient, hygienic, and user-friendly solution for maintaining component stability and enabling fresh preparation at the time of consumption. The device is applicable in pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, beverages, and oral care formulations
