Abstract: Trustwatch - smart multilingual phishing defense system-is an intelligent cybersecurity application designed to detect and prevent phishing attacks in real time using advanced Artificial Intelligence techniques. The system analyzes SMS messages, emails, URLs using Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), and Natural Language Processing (NLP) models trained on real-world phishing datasets. TrustWatch employs transformer-based NLP models and graph-based link analysis to identify zero-day phishing attacks, obfuscated URLs, domain spoofing, and multilingual scam content. The system provides explainable Al-based alerts that clearly inform users about the risk factors behind each detected threat. Unique features such as real-time detection, multilingual phishing analysis, continuous learning from threat intelligence feeds, and lightweight browser integration make TrustWatch more effective than traditional rule-based or blacklist-driven security tools. The system is designed to deliver high detection accuracy with minimal latency, ensuring fast and proactive protection. Overall, TrustWatch offers a scalable, adaptive, and intelligent phishing defense solution suitable for individuals, enterprises, educational institutions, and government organizations.
