Abstract: The present invention relates to a TRIMIX three-unit mixer grinder system (100) comprising a common supporting body (101) carrying a first processing unit (102), a second processing unit (103), and a third processing unit (104). The processing units are associated with respective pro-cessing containers (105, 106, 107) and processing tool assemblies configured to perform different food-preparation operations. An electric drive motor (108) supplies rotational power to the pro-cessing tool assemblies through a suitable drive arrangement, which may include a transmission or selector mechanism (109). An operating control arrangement (111) enables selection and control of the intended processing operation. The system may incorporate removable containers, a safety in-terlock (112), a protective housing (115), and vibration-reducing supports (114). The three-unit arrangement is intended to organise different food-processing functions within a common appli-ance structure, with the drive configuration and processing tools selected according to the intended application.
