Abstract: ABSTRACT TRI-NETWORK 4D BIOPOLYMER COMPOSITION A tri-network 4D biopolymer composition is disclosed for intraoral prosthetic applications, enabling dynamic adaptation to oral tissues while maintaining functional stability. The composition comprises: a silk fibroin–polycaprolactone shape memory polymer (SMP) layer crosslinked with tannic acid; a gelatin methacrylate–oxidized dextran hydrogel responsive to enzymatic and metabolic fluctuations; and a surface layer with phosphorylcholine brushes, quaternary ammonium coating, and a colorimetric wear indicator. The composition provides biocompatibility, antimicrobial activity, durability, and patient comfort.
