Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention discloses a Transparent Al Framework for Regulatory Financial Reporting, an intelligent and explainable system designed to improve the transparency, accuracy, compliance, and auditability of Al-assisted financial reporting. The framework integrates Artificial Intelligence (Al), Explainable Artificial Intelligence ()CAI), Regulatory Technology (RegTech), and Accounting Information Systems to automate the preparation, validation, and submission of financial reports while providing complete visibility into every Al-generated decision. Financial data are acquired from multiple enterprise sources, standardized, and analyzed using intelligent algorithms supported by an adaptive regulatory knowledge engine capable of interpreting evolving accounting standards, taxation rules, and statutory reporting requirements. An explainable reasoning module generates human-readable justifications for each reporting decision by linking accounting treatments with applicable regulations, supporting evidence, confidence levels, and decision pathways. A continuous compliance verification module evaluates financial transactions and disclosures throughout the reporting lifecycle, enabling early detection of reporting inconsistencies and regulatory violations.
