The application for the patent was published on June 19, 2026, under issue no. 25/2026.
Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure relate to transmission pattern configuration for low power synchronization signals. A device with a low power processor and/or a user equipment (UE) with a main radio and a low power radio may receive first signaling including a low power synchronization signal and a portion of a cell identifier (ID) for a serving cell. The first signaling may be transmitted using a transmission pattern associated with an index modulation scheme (e.g., an on-off keying (OOK) waveform). The device may receive second signaling including an indication of a remaining portion of the cell ID. The device may use the cell ID to establish a wireless connection with a network equipment (NE), such as a base station.
