Abstract: The present invention relates to an AI-enabled modular plastic-waste recycling and construction-product manufacturing system configured to convert plastic waste into recycled composite infrastructure products. The system comprises a plastic waste input and hopper (100, 110), sorting arrangement, shredder (120), washing unit (130), drying unit (140), blending unit (150), controlled heating unit (170), hydraulic moulding unit (180), curing/cooling arrangement and AI control system (160). The sorting arrangement may employ image sensors, optical sensors, weight sensors, spectral sensors or combinations thereof to identify and classify received plastic material. The classified material is reduced in size by the shredder (120), cleaned in the washing unit (130), dried in the drying unit (140), and supplied to the blending unit (150). The blending unit combines processed plastic with at least one particulate additive such as sand, fly ash or a compatible mineral filler. The resulting composite material is subjected to controlled heating to soften or melt the polymeric fraction. The heated material is transferred to the hydraulic moulding unit (180), wherein a selected interchangeable mould is used to form a desired construction product. The interchangeable moulds may include a brick mould (310), tile mould (320) and paver-block mould (330). The AI control system (160) comprises a sensor module (161), data processing unit (162), AI algorithm and decision engine (163), user interface (164), communication module (165) and actuator/control-signal interface (166). The AI control system receives process information from one or more sensors and generates control signals for coordinating selected processing stages. The modular architecture permits individual processing units to be installed, removed, replaced, upgraded or rearranged according to processing requirements. The system thereby provides an integrated technical arrangement for controlled conversion of heterogeneous plastic waste into reusable moulded construction products while facilitating process monitoring, modular operation and product-form flexibility.
