Abstract: An analytics system (160) operating in a mobile communications network for training a machine learning, ML, model (164) configured to predict service quality (200) is provided. The analytics system obtains (212) a first set of training data for the ML model. The first set of training data is generated by a first communications network (100) and comprises network-level metrics and application-level metrics. The analytics system then receives (214) service quality metrics associated with one or more User Equipments, UEs (170), operating in a second mobile communications network (150), which is a live production mobile communications network. The analytics system then generates (216) an augmented set of training data (180) to train the ML model by augmenting the first set of training data with the service quality metrics associated with the one or more UEs in accordance with one or more transport patterns (130) in the network-level metrics and based on a set of predetermined rules.
