Abstract: This application provides a traction device (100) and screw installation equipment (200). The traction device (100) includes a base (1), a first mounting piece (21), a second mounting piece (22), a linkage component (3), and a drive (4). The first mounting piece (21) connects to one terminal operation device, and the second mounting piece (22) connects to another terminal operation device. The linkage component (3) is mounted on the base (1), with the first mounting piece (21) and second mounting piece (22) fixed on the linkage component (3). The linkage component (3) drives the first mounting piece (21) and second mounting piece (22) to move oppositely parallel to a first direction (Z), driving the terminal operation devices oppositely. The drive (4) actuates the linkage component (3). A single power source drives two terminal operation devices, reducing energy consumption and simplifying system complexity of processing equipment terminals. FIG. 1
