Abstract: The present invention relates to an artificial intelligence-based travel planning and tourist safety management system, hereinafter referred to as TripGenius AI, configured to provide integrated travel planning, real-time assistance, and emergency support through a unified web-based computing platform. The system comprises a user authentication and travel profile module, an artificial intelligence trip planning module, a geographic information and routing module, a weather information module, a budget management and packing module, a conversational travel assistant module, an incident reporting module, an emergency SOS and contact module, an artificial intelligence safety and first-aid module, and an emergency services and safe-route module. The artificial intelligence trip planning module receives user- defined parameters including destination, travel duration, budget, interests, and group type, processes the parameters, and generates a personalized multi-day itinerary comprising destinations, activities, transportation recommendations, estimated expenses, and scheduling information. The geographic information and routing module obtains location coordinates, performs location search and geocoding, calculates routes between selected points of interest, and determines distance and estimated travel time. The weather information module obtains environmental information associated with a travel destination and provides context-aware recommendations or alternative activities when weather conditions affect the planned itinerary. The budget management module records and categorizes travel expenses and generates numerical summaries and graphical representations for monitoring expenditure against a predefined travel budget. The conversational travel assistant processes natural- language travel queries and provides contextual responses based on available trip, destination, routing, and environmental information. The incident reporting module generates a structured incident record containing incident type, date, time, geographical coordinates, description, severity, and optional photographic or video evidence. The emergency module provides a user-activated SOS function, emergency contact management, and an optional emergency blood requirement record containing a required blood group and required units when explicitly specified by the user. The artificial intelligence safety module processes user-provided incident information and available contextual data to generate general safety guidance and first-aid information, while the safe-route module determines a route toward an appropriate emergency destination using available geographic and routing information. In an emergency condition, the system integrates incident information, current location, emergency contacts, available environmental information, and user-selected emergency requirements into an emergency assistance workflow presented through a unified emergency dashboard. The architecture further comprises authentication and authorization mechanisms, secure data storage, controlled media access, input validation, and protected application programming interfaces for safeguarding user and emergency information. The system is not intended to replace professional medical or emergency services.
