Abstract: The present disclosure provides a touch display panel and a display device. The touch display panel comprises: a base substrate, comprising a display area and a peripheral area, wherein the peripheral area comprises a first peripheral area; a plurality of retaining walls located in the peripheral area, wherein the orthographic projections of the retaining walls on the base substrate surround the display area; each retaining wall comprises a first area and a second area; portions of the first area and the second area are located in the first peripheral area; in the first peripheral area, each second area comprises portions located on the two opposite sides of the corresponding first area in a second direction; and in a direction perpendicular to the base substrate, the thicknesses of at least some first areas are smaller than those of the corresponding second areas; and a plurality of touch signal lines at least located in the first peripheral area, wherein in the first peripheral area, the orthographic projections of at least some touch signal lines among the plurality of touch signal lines overlap the orthographic projections of the first areas, each having a smaller thickness than the corresponding second area, on the base substrate, and the orthographic projections of the plurality of touch signal lines on the base substrate do not overlap the orthographic projections of the second areas of the retaining walls on the base substrate.
