The application for the patent was published on July 24, 2026, under issue no. 30/2026.

Abstract: ABSTRACT TORQUE MANAGEMENT IN A VEHICLE The present subject matter describes torque management in a vehicle. In an example implementation, vehicular motion rate is determined based on vehicular speed. When the vehicular motion rate is zero, wheel speeds for a set of wheels associated 5 with at least one differential unit (210) is determined. One or more wheels are ascertained in a freewheeling state, when the wheel speed is greater than zero. Upon detecting freewheeling wheels, a braking unit (112) actuates to intermittently apply braking force to the freewheeling wheels. This causes the differential unit (210) to intermittently transfer torque from the freewheeling wheels to wheels in a non-10 freewheeling state. The braking unit (112) may apply initial sinusoidal braking force followed by superimposed harmonics in a gradually increasing manner.
