Abstract: A toddler hindering device comprises of a rectangular frame 101 composed of four telescopic rods 102 having plurality of vertical cushioned telescopic bars 103 installed within frame 101 by means of plurality of sliding units 104 installed along upper and lower rods 102 enable adjustment of dimensions of frame 101, suction cups 105 disposed along bottom and lateral rods 102 of frame 101 for mounting frame 101 across passage, motorized circular rotary discs 106 mounted along upper rod, a plurality of bells 107 are attached along periphery of discs 106 for generating sounds to distract the toddler, a plurality of L-shaped links 108 attached along bottom rod, ends of links 108 are provided with rectangular flaps 109 having suction units 110 for positioning onto ground surface to provide stability against pushing force, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 111 installed on frame 101 for recording and processing images.
