Abstract: The present disclosure provides a purely mechanical tilting and self-centralizing suspension system for a three- wheeled vehicle (400). The system comprises a pivot joint assembly (100) interconnecting a front body (402) and a rear body (404), utilizing taper roller bearings (108A, 108B) to support both radial weight loads and axial cornering thrusts. A mechanical limiting mechanism, such as a pivot stopper (112), restricts the relative rolling motion to a safe angular range, preferably 20 degrees. The system further includes a self-centering assembly comprising symmetrically arranged suspension units (102A, 102B) with preloaded resilient members. These preloaded members generate a continuous passive restoring force that stabilizes the vehicle when stationary and automatically biases the front body toward a neutral upright position after a turn, eliminating the need for electronic sensors or active actuators.
