Abstract: TI AND BI DOPED GADOLINIUM DOPED CERIA (GDC) SOLID ELECTROLYTE AND METHOD OF PREPERATION THEREOF The present invention discloses a a solid electrolyte which is a Ti and Bi doped Gadolinium doped Ceria system (GDC) for intermediate temperatures solid oxide fuel Cell (ITSOFC). The present invention discloses the basic component of a Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC) stack, that is a solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC), using doped ceria system as solid electrolyte. The SOFC operates in an intermediate temperature range with good efficiency. Fig.1
