Abstract: A thread spool holding device, comprises of a circular body 101 with raised edges developed to be positioned on a fixed surface, a plurality of vertical rods 102, for engaging thread spools over rods 102 in a segregated manner, an imaging unit 103 installed inside body 101 for capturing and processing multiple images, a microphone 105 provided with body 101 for receiving voice commands, an ultrasonic sensor is integrated with member to detect presence of user’s hands, a DC (Direct Current) electric motor coupled with rods 102 to facilitate uncoiling of thread from spool, a moisture sensor integrated with body 101 to detect presence of moisture over spool, an optical sensor installed on body 101 to monitor surface of thread spool and detect amount of thread left in spool, and a computing unit accessed by user, to notify user regarding amount of thread remaining in spool.
