Abstract: A thread machining device for bolts, comprising a cuboidal housing 101 having multiple nozzle 201 for spraying a cleaning solution on to a bolt entered in the housing 101 via a hole crafted on top surface of the housing 101, two cylindrical bodies 205 having thread grooves on laterals surfaces of the bodies 205 attached to two motors provided on telescopic rods 206 for rotating for machining threads on the bolt, an ultrasonic sensor provided within the housing 101 for detecting diameter and height of the bolt inserted in the housing 101, a speaker 102 provided on the housing 101 to notify the user regarding removal of the bolt if the detected diameter is below a threshold diameter, a near-infrared spectroscopy sensor provided in the housing 101 for detecting a material of the bolt.
