The application for the patent was published on August 28, 2026, under issue no. 35/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a Thermoelectric (Peltier Module) Based Cooling Jacket for Milk Cans configured for cooling, preserving, and maintaining milk at a controlled temperature without the use of conventional compressor-based refrigeration systems or refrigerants. The invention comprises a milk can container surrounded by a flexible jacket incorporating thermal insulation and one or more thermoelectric Peltier modules configured to generate a temperature differential through the Peltier effect for extraction of heat from the milk can container. The extracted heat is dissipated through associated heat sinks and cooling fans enclosed within an outer container providing structural protection and thermal management. The invention further comprises a temperature sensing arrangement, power input, power switch, display unit, and control unit configured to regulate cooling operation and maintain desired temperature conditions for milk preservation. The flexible jacket is releasably secured around the milk can container through jacket clamps to ensure effective thermal engagement and portability. The invention provides a compact, portable, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly cooling system suitable for dairy farms, milk collection centers, and transportation applications, thereby reducing milk spoilage and extending storage duration under rural and decentralized operating conditions.
