Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a thermo-adaptive blanket incorporating a nano-enhanced eutectic phase change material (PCM) honeycomb core for bidirectional passive thermal regulation. The blanket comprises an outer breathable comfort layer, a bidirectional heat routing layer, a flexible hexagonal honeycomb PCM core, a leakage prevention membrane, and an inner insulating comfort layer. The eutectic PCM includes capric acid, lauric acid, stearic acid, and paraffin wax, enhanced with graphene nanoplatelets, aluminium oxide nanoparticles, and boron nitride nanosheets to improve thermal conductivity and response speed. The PCM is microencapsulated and filled within textile-compatible honeycomb cells to ensure leakage resistance and wash durability. Herbal extract-infused fabric layers containing aloe vera and roselle provide antimicrobial and moisture management properties. The blanket absorbs excess heat during high temperatures and releases stored heat during low temperatures, maintaining thermal comfort without external power consumption.
