The proposed invention utilizes a graphene- reinforced polycarbonate matrix that provides superior moisture resistance, enhanced stiffness, and improved thermal stability. The graphene component additionally offers natural antibacterial properties, inhibiting microbial growth on the filter frame surface. The composite structure maintains its shape in varying environmental conditions, ensuring consistent sealing, proper filter alignment, and long-term durability inside the HVAC system. By integrating highperformance composite materials with optimized frame geometry, the invention delivers a robust, dimensionally stable, and hygienic filter frame suitable for modem automotive cabin air filtration assemblies.
