Abstract: A thermally safe energy-harvesting suspension system for an electric two-wheeler, comprising a front mounting frame 101 fixedly attached to a front section of an electric two-wheeler supports a pair of shock absorbers 102 coupled bilaterally and connected to a steering knuckle for vertical compression and rebound cycles, a plurality of piezoelectric pads 103 in direct contact with compressive surfaces of the shock absorber 102 to generate electrical charge proportional to applied force during suspension motion, an energy conditioning and distribution module 104 includes a rectification and filtering unit and an integrated super capacitor to convert and store direct current energy for auxiliary subsystems, a hydraulic damping chamber 105 distributes shock forces uniformly, a thermal management module regulates heat using a Peltier-based cooling unit 106 and heat sink 107.
