The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.

Abstract: A self-cleaning paraffin wax modulation system (100) is disclosed for maintaining hygienic and efficient therapeutic wax treatment. The system comprises a modulation reservoir (101) for storing molten paraffin wax, a heating subsystem (102), and a closed-loop circulation system (103) including a pump (103b), a multi- stage filtration assembly (103c), an ultraviolet (UV) sterilization chamber (103d), and a return port (103e). The filtration assembly (103c) includes a primary depth filter (111) and a reversible backwash subsystem (222) configured for contaminant removal and filter regeneration. A control unit (104) executes an adaptive self-cleaning cycle comprising filtration, UV sterilization, and selective backwash regeneration. The control unit (104) determines a real-time filter health index using multi-sensor fusion based on pump-load variation, differential pressure, and wax turbidity, and initiates regeneration when a dynamically determined threshold is exceeded. The system improves wax purity, operational efficiency, and maintenance automation.
