Abstract: The present invention provides a nanofluid-based thermal management system for enhancing heat transfer from thermal loads. The system comprises a base-fluid reservoir, nanoparticle storage unit, controlled dosing unit, dispersion unit, circulation assembly, heat rejection unit, sensing arrangement, and control unit. Thermally conductive nanoparticles are introduced into a base fluid in a controlled quantity and dispersed to form a substantially homogeneous nanofluid. The nanofluid is circulated through a thermal load region to absorb heat and subsequently transported to a heat rejection region. Sensors monitor parameters including temperature, flow rate, pressure, thermal conductivity, nanoparticle concentration, and dispersion condition. A controller adaptively regulates nanoparticle dosing, dispersion intensity, circulation flow rate, and heat rejection conditions according to detected operating conditions, thereby maintaining enhanced thermal performance and nanofluid stability during cooling operation.
