Abstract: A therapeutic respiratory rehabilitation device, comprising a flexible compression belt 101 to be worn by a user around the chest region, a sensor suite 102 to monitor the physiological conditions of the user’s chest region and enable a microcontroller embedded in the belt 101 to generate an alert via an embedded speaker 103 upon detection of abnormal conditions, an articulated arm 104 coupled to a nasal probe 105 equipped with a monitoring module 106 to monitor the nasal-related vitals, a plurality of flexible plates 107 with vibration motors 108 to generate directional mechanical waves for mucus clearance and improved chest wall movement, and an AI (artificial intelligence) module to analyze the sensor data in real-time and generate a respiratory score, detect abnormal patterns, predict exacerbations, and provide personalized exercise, therapy and environmental recommendations to the user via a connected user interface.
