Abstract: A therapeutic access garment for physiotherapy and rehabilitation treatment comprises a front torso panel, a back torso panel and a bifurcated lower-limb panel formed from a stretchable, breathable textile, joined by an adjustable elastic waistband. The garment is provided with a plurality of independently operable chain/zip closures at the front and back neckline, lateral torso and leg seams, and crotch region, together with foldable access flaps over the thoracic, lumbar and gluteal regions of the back panel, each securable by its own closure. During a treatment session the patient wears the garment continuously while the treating clinician opens only the closure or flap corresponding to the body region under treatment, thereby enabling targeted clinical access while preserving the patient's modesty, warmth and comfort and avoiding repeated undressing.
