Abstract: ABSTRACT THE ROLE OF DIGITAL COMMERCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS IN BUSINESS GROWTH AND PERFORMANCE Digital Commerce Management Systems (DCMS) have become essential for modern businesses to manage online operations, improve customer engagement, and enhance organizational performance. Rapid growth in digital transactions, online marketplaces, and cloud-based business operations has increased the need for intelligent and integrated commerce management solutions. Traditional business management systems often face challenges such as inefficient order processing, poor inventory management, delayed customer support, and lack of real-time analytics. The system collects business data from multiple sources, analyzes operational and customer performance, and provides intelligent recommendations for growth optimization. The proposed framework improves operational efficiency, enhances customer satisfaction, increases revenue generation, and supports sustainable business growth.
