Abstract: In response to increasing environmental concerns and the urgent need to reduce dependence on petroleum-based resources, many companies are actively seeking sustainable material alternatives. Bioplastics, derived from renewable resources, have emerged as a promising and eco-friendly solution. This research focuses on the development of a pH-sensitive bioplastic using natural indicators, speciTieally-anthoeyanin extracted from red cabbage, which enables the materiaLto change color in response to varying pH levels. This innovative bioplastic not only exhibits pH responsiveness but also demonstrates biodegradability, making it a dual-function sustainable material. The study thoroughly investigates the biodegradation process, emphasizing its environmental compatibility and potential as a viable alternative to conventional plastics. By combining visual pH indication with environmental sustainability, this research highlights a significant advancement in the field of green materials, pointing to a future where biodegradable, intelligent bioplastics play a critical role in reducing pollution and supporting ecological balance facili
