The application for the patent was published on August 28, 2026, under issue no. 35/2026.

Abstract: A load-actuated energy harvesting road safety system configured to generate electrical energy from vehicular movement on a roadway. The system comprises a movable speed breaker plate (106) supported by compression springs (103), a rack mechanism (302), a pinion gear (301), an electric generator (206), a supporting frame structure comprising a horizontal base frame (401) and vertical guide frames (402), an electrical control circuit including components (501, 502, 503, 504, 505, 506), and a battery unit (201). Upon passage of a vehicle over the speed breaker plate (106), the plate moves vertically downward against the compression springs (103), causing linear movement of the rack mechanism (302), which is converted into rotary motion by the pinion gear (301). Electrical energy generated by the electric generator (206) is regulated by the electrical control circuit and stored in the battery unit (201) for subsequent use. The system provides an efficient, environmentally friendly and decentralized source of electrical power for roadside infrastructure and safety applications.
