Abstract: The Inventory Agent is an intelligent software system designed to automatically monitor, manage, and update dental consumable stock levels for healthcare providers. Its core function is Stock Tracking, which links completed clinical procedures to the required materials and deducts the appropriate quantities from inventory in real time, ensuring accurate and up-to-date stock visibility. The system also performs Alert Generation to identify when supplies fall below minimum stock thresholds, ensuring timely replenishment and preventing treatment interruptions due to shortages. In addition to tracking usage, the agent maintains critical data fields such as item identifiers, unit costs, supplier information, and minimum stock requirements, allowing for both operational and financial traceability. The Inventory Agent integrates seamlessly with external systems, including the Case Tracking Agent, to pull procedure usage data and synchronize material consumption. It also pushes updated stock information to a centralized knowledge base (CKB), enhancing supply accuracy, supporting predictive restocking decisions, and improving overall resource planning across the organization.
