Abstract: The present invention provides a system and method for adaptive AI-driven digital marketing based on consumer acceptance. The system receives consumer interaction data, preferences, consent information, communication history, and contextual information from digital sources and processes the information to determine a consumer acceptance state. An AI marketing decision engine generates, selects, or modifies marketing communications according to the acceptance state and marketing objectives. A consent and policy module verifies communication permissions and predefined restrictions before delivery. Consumer responses are subsequently captured and processed to update the acceptance state. Based on the updated state, the system dynamically adjusts content, personalization, communication frequency, channel, timing, or marketing intensity for subsequent communications. The invention thereby establishes a feedback-driven marketing architecture in which consumer acceptance continuously influences AI-generated marketing decisions.
