Abstract: ABSTRACT THE COCOA FRUIT CUTTING MACHINE The present invention relates to a cocoa cutting machine for processing of cocoa fruits, comprising of a pusher for holding ripened cocoa fruits provided above the cutting blades to align with the beans, bearings for providing support to the rotating shaft and minimizes friction during the cutting operation, cutting blades mounted on rotating shaft supported by bearings for slicing the beans, a flywheel for rotating the cutting blade through the shaft supported by bearings, a supporting frame on which gearbox, shafts, and rotor blades are mounted, an outlet positioned beneath the cutting blades to facilitate smooth discharge of cocoa beans; and tray support, connected to said frame for collecting processed cocoa in a tray supported by the tray support. The cocoa cutting machine handle various sizes of cocoa beans without electricity and comprises said handle for pressing, a flywheel, a cutter that splits the beans into two halves, a lever for pushing the pieces downward, a cocoa holder cum pusher, and a seed removal metal piece and design ensuring efficiency, user-friendliness, and sustainability in cocoa processing.
