Abstract: The present invention provides an intelligent Human Resource Management (HRM) platform for dynamically and continuously forecasting employee burnout and managing organizational productivity through Artificial Intelligence (Al), behavioural analytics and digital workforce intelligence. The proposed invention comprises a Cognitive Burnout Prediction Engine (CBPE) which creates a real-time Digital Workload Twin for each employee, unlike traditional employee wellness tools, which were mostly based on periodic questionnaires and self-reported assessments of employee stress. Multidimensional work parameters like workload intensity, switching tasks, density of meetings, emailing and messaging, calendar density, cognitive interruptions, response time, collaboration diversity, work hour irregularity, as well as optional emotional sentiment indicators are continuously analysed by the system. A novel Adaptive Cognitive Resilience Score (ACRS) is created that can estimate burnout likelihood before noticeable symptoms appear. The invention also provides a Predictive Workload Redistribution Engine (PWRE) which automatically suggests an optimal balance of task allocation between the team members, without impacting employee well-being, organizational productivity or project timelines. Machine learning continually adjusts prediction models as per organisational culture, expectations of roles, and seasonal workload changes. The system doesn't just tell managers how stressed an employee is, it also offers them recommendations that can be explained.
