Abstract: ABSTRACT TEXTILE MACHINE WITH AN IMPROVED SUCTION NOZZLE FOR SUCTIONING THE YARN END OF A SPOOL Textile machine(4), comprising conveying means(8) of at least one spool(12) comprising yarn(16) wound around tube(18); tube(18) being conveyed in vertical direction(Y-Y), extending from lower end(20) to upper end(24); wound yarn(16) defining outer side wall(28) of spool(12) and comprising yarn end(32), vacuum means, to create vacuum with respect to external environment, suction arm(40) having body(42) delimiting cavity(44), fluidly connected to vacuum means at connection end(48), suction arm(40) ending, on the side opposite to connection end(48), with suction nozzle(52) having slot between first end(54) and second end(56), suction nozzle(52) being shaped to suck yarn end(32). Body(42) of suction arm(40) is provided with longitudinal slit(60) extending from suction nozzle(52) towards connection end(48), to receive yarn end(32) and portion of yarn(16) connected to yarn end(32). Advantageously, suction arm(40) is provided with closing means(64) selectively operable to at least partially occlude portion of longitudinal slit(60) between connection end(48) and yarn(16) sucked inside longitudinal slit(60) itself.
