Abstract: A text erasing assistive device comprises of a semi-circular shaped housing 101 crafted with an opening 102 that is accessed by a user to insert and eraser that is to attached with the housing 101, a lid 103 configured with the opening 102 via a motorized hinge joint 104 that actuates to provide rotation to the lid 103 in view of providing access to the user to insert the eraser, an artificial intelligence based imaging unit 105 installed within the housing 101 determines dimensions of the eraser, a motorized expandable gripper 106 configured within the housing 101 to grip the eraser, a microphone 107 mapped over the housing 101 for user input regrading assistance in erasing a text written over a paper, a motorized two-axis lead screw arrangement 109 installed between a telescopic rod 108 and housing 101 to position the eraser in contact with the text.
